This low carb snack is a delicious treat. Very fluffy and would even taste great topped with whipped cream!

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Egg Whites
2 Tbsp Half and Half
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (No Corn Syrup!)
1 tsp Butter Extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl

3. Pour into a small greased baking dish (yes…mine was a funny “L” shape)

4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min

5. Let cool, serve and enjoy!

For daily, personally made low carb and keto recipes check out sinorslim.com

The baking dish I used was about 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches (with a small corner missing hence the "L-shape" lol). Hope this helps! there's also pictures on my site Low Carb, Keto , Paleo Diet Recipes | Nutrition Tips if that helps!

Any small baking dish should work though. I prefer to keep it small so that it's thicker and keeps moist in the middle. The bigger the dish the quicker it will cook so you risk drying it out!

I doubled the recipe and used a 9x9 dish for 20 mins. It came out very rubbery I may have over cooked or maybe need a smaller dish
