I recently found and bought some low-carb pasta at the grocery store. The pasta is made from Soy flour and has close to 16 grams of protein in 3/4 cup. There are 160 calories in 3/4 cup with approximately 10 grams of carbohydrates (fiber accounted for). The pasta has somewhat of a different texture as it is considerablyl more grainy. However, I have to say that I really enjoyed this pasta when I had it earlier today. I suggest that those interested really take a good look into it. Enjoy!!
