Later in the evening put Skeletal Balm on low back and quads then did some foam roller work. I plan to do that tomorrow as well.
 
With your attitude...there is no end to what YOU are going to achieve big man.

Are you having 80g protein before and after training? I have my own label Protein here so getting supplements is not an issue but I'm trying to find the best way to get the most amount of food in that I need for my goals. I tend to eat a lot of protein early in the day (I train first thing) and a lot of carbs at night and on the way to the gym. I'd love to see some articles by you dealing with nutrition!

I call my preworkout meal honestly breakfast which will be about 2-3 hours before training. My supplements I will have an hour before training.

I will post some things. I try to keep things simple and experiential based from my own world.
