Lovin' the TITAN Training workout...my experience.

Well, I haven't posted much on this thing but I figured I'd let y'all know in case anyone was curious or wanted to try out the TITAN Training by Leo Costa Jr.

I've been on it for 3 weeks now...and I love it. My strength and weight have gone up FAR quicker than any other workout I've ever tried. I've gained 7 pounds (went from 185 to 192). I'm 6'1", 25 yrs old, and an ex-college basketball player. I've always had the "basketball" build. That is quickly going away. I've worked out all through college...training for basketball purposes. After college was out...started training for size. Did the normal 4-5 day a week...heavy training. It paid off at first...but became boring and monotonous. Plateus were too frequent. Decided to buy the TITAN training and lemme tell you fellas (and ladies if it applies)...if you ever want to try something new...this is it. Only two important keys...besides havin' some balls to work your ass off...is Eatin' like a madman...and PLENTY of rest...although...that just comes naturally from the intensity of the workout.

Whatsup man? Yeah I have heard a lot of good things about Titan Training so far... I am waiting for someone to post all of the details of the program on one of these boards. Good luck! :D

Yo Keller...that's awesome man. Isn't this workout insane? The first time I did muscle rounds I thought I was gonna die. Friggin' beautiful though. Hey what's up with the specialization weeks...like they showed in the book doing chest or bi's or whatever...but do you only do that bodypart? Like do you only do chest for 3 weeks if you're doing chest specialization?

Tronious,
From your replies, you appear to be familiar with Serious Growth III. Any idea why they don't apply the priciples of hyper adaptation and hyper acceleration to this workout as well?? (i.e. ramping up volume for 3 wks. then backing off).. It seems like you might benefit from this especially the first time around so that you can build up to 4 sets of muscle rounds. Geez, I did two the other day for the heck of it and almost died.

They say in their video that "what we were taking 3 weeks to do...we are now taking a week". According to them by revamping the workout...they've combined the hyper adaption (volume and base training) with the hyper acceleration (Muscle Rounds). I've done both workouts...and I've had greater success with the TITAN program and I'm also not so burned out with lifting. I can honestly say I started to get burned out with weightlifting when I was doing BB3...just because it was 6 days of intense training. This TITAN work out is 4 days of Kick ass training. That latter 2 days being the biggest ass kickers.:D :D

I'm actually handlin' the muscle rounds quite well. Before I started this program...I did 2 weeks of the Level Two Training in the BB3 program to prepare my body for the stress. Ended up paying off for me I think.
