loss of vascularity

im normally very vascular, well at least in my arms and legs. but for some reason im not as vascular as usual. I get good pumps and vascularity in the gym but outside the gym its minimal.

I think it may be because of my added water retention and weight gain from my current cycle, but im taking eq. shouldn't that even it out?

what are other sups I could take to get my viens popping?
 
Run some Var, bro. 20-60 mg/day for 4-6 weeks. You will have veins like ropes in about 2-3 weeks. BF might be up a bit.
Lotsa cardio too.

But mind your lipids tho. Take a butt load of fish oil, niacin olive oil, etc. during cycle and after. Var jacks with your HDL and LDL's but it's only during cycle, as you probably already know.

I take so many nattural supps for my cholesterol its not even funny, garlic,flaxseed oil, policostanol,fish oils,low dose asprin,hawthorne, evening primrose. it works though. for the first time in my life my cholesterol is normal!

I wouldn't mind trying vigor if I knew it worked. ive tryed super pump 250, and plasmavol. none lived up to the hype.

Plasmavol and superpump are just nitric oxide supps hyped as blood volumizers. VIGOR has nitric oxide but also ingredients that actually increase red blood cell count. It works bro, check it out. But it works best with some simple carbs.
 
i tried out nitrix..from bsn..wow that shit got my veins popping out like crazy..my forearms were awesome...so vascular..it was kind of gross!! defeintly reccomend
 
Im disgusted by the vascualarity in my calves personally. Alot of it comes with age too as the skin gets thinner and grainier.

The flaxseed will increase SHBG and lower free test.

The primrose oil is mildly estrogenic.

both ^ will tend to soften you up as well as decrease vascularity.

if you stick with fish oils, garlic, policosanol (inconclusive at this point), low dose aspirin and niacin you'll get most of the cardiovascular benefit and none of the bodybuilding downside.
 
I was reading through old issues of Muscle & Fitness magazines, and I came across a section about watermelon. Watermelon has an amino acid called arginine, which is found in certain NO products. When arginine is absorbed into the body, you produce an abundant free-form gas in your blood called NO (Nitric Oxide). NO will increase your vascularity, and help transport oxygen through out your body.

When you're working out, the lactic acid build-up (muscle soreness) will occur when you're muscles have a lack of oxygen. When you have an abundant source of NO in your blood stream, you will be able to transport more oxygen to your muscle tissues, leading to a better muscluar endurance in the gym, or whatever you're doing.
So it couldn't hurt adding arginine supplements,and watch those carbs.
