losing weight

My wife is gonna start the new year off right and try to drop 30lbs or so. After having two kids shes ready to get back to shape.
Me being on the opposite end of the spectrum I woiuld have NO idea how to lose weight. I would assume by not eating as much, but i know that can't be good if your not eating.
With me i eat about 4500 calories a day,
What would a person losing weight try to consume a day?
What type of foods would she be looking twords eating?
I eat alot of pastas and i think that would be bad for her.
Her stats are

Height 6'0"
Weight 175
Body fat I'm gonna guess 15-20%

She's not like a fat ass, she just wants to slim down I think 30 pounds and she'd look damn good.

Also in a woman losing weight how much of her tits is she gonna lose? Shes a 38DD.
 
google a calculator that gives you your basic resting metabolism. it will calculate the calories u need 2 stay at your weight if u stayed in bed all day. u can also add things such as workouts and daily activities.

this diet won't last long without cardio. do low-moderate intensity cardio 35-45 minutes ed. weightlifting would be nice for her too if she can. she will be looking forward to complex carbs (low glycemic whole wheat stuff & veggies), lean protein, & low to moderate fat.

i am not an expert in this area so maybe one of the female members can chime in but in my experience it is one of the first places they start losing and butt/hips/thighs are the last.
 
you could try having her take a supplement i gave my wife Clenbuterol tabs after our child was born and it worked really well. you can get them from www.banmeimaspammer.com im not even sure you can get them from anywhere else.

lol man dont got 2 low on the cals .. its takes more calories to hold a pound of muscle then it does a pound of fat ,,in other words u will lose a shyt load or muscle goin that low on cals imo

Yea i guessing it's gonna be all about carbs as oppose to calories.
I'm gonna do some more research,
just kinda wondering what direction am i looking towards. I'm not a big fan of the jenny craig commercials and stuff like that, i kinda think theres alot of hype to it and it comes down to the almighty dollar.

Anyways gettin_big regarding to your wife diet and exerisze is key. Doing cardio 4 times a week would be good, also remembering to switch up the exersizes because your body gets use to them.

Diet wise cut out things like pop if you drink them. Drink green tea and drinks lots and lots of ice cold watter. This will force your body into thinking it needs to warm up hence burning fat.

Maybe cut down a few 100 calories of her diet, and just remember to eat clean.

I did. I was pissed it was in here myself. Thanks for removing it. I'm looking for some advise, not some jackass posting bullshit.
 
if you want to lose weight, then try putting cayenne pepper flakes in your water. you will feel it after the first drink.
