Hello, I just would like to let you all know that I weigh about 220 at about 15% bf. I would like to get back down to my old weight class at 198. I know lots of cardio and diet is a must but is there any suggestions on what type of regime I should use while maintaining my strength? I know using anavar, primabolan, winstrol, and oral turinabol should help, and if so, how should I cycle this stuff. I just get huge on test. I am open to any suggestions, and thanx,
