Looking for more clear cut instructions for Synovex sep kit

Does anyone know any sites other than Animal's with instructions on how to do the separation kits? I've been reading through the archives here and seen a post where someone reffered to a link Marky posted but I have been unable to find that post.
I'm really hoping to find some instructions that are more detailed with the time it takes for the methanol to evaporate. (is that over night too or just a few hours?) I was also confused with A's instructions (the ones with pics) why he pours it into the pyrex pan twice and evaporates 2X. Is he doing a total of 10 carts there (5 at a time) or is he actually "rinsing" it twice??

Thanks for any help guys. I'm sure this isn't hard I'm just having trouble visualizing these instructions in my head.

Thanks bro, those are the ones I already had though. What I don't get is why he fills up the Pyrex pan a second time. Is that the second 5 carts meaning those instructions are for the whole 10 carts??

allow methanol 24 hours at least to evaporate, the easisest way is to mark the container that you will be using for evaporation prior to adding meth, when meth evaporates it will be back to the original mark

Thanks Serge, I've read about all the threads dealing with the sep kits from the archives and I know you know what your talking about.

What I'm not getting from the directions (see above link) is he's already filtered and turned the solution from the pan into the powder and then on the 2nd page he starts over again with another Pyrex pan and adding the meth and 2 bottles etc. I don't know if he's then making the 2nd 5 carts or what?? I'm sure this is simple and is going totally over my head. Any idea what the deal is with starting the process over?

i'm no expert but..

It looks like to me he is running it through 2 times. You go through the process once (the first time) using the pellets, and the second time you are doing it agian but your using what you got from the first time. This is to make sure that you got out all the E and fillers i guess. 2 passes are better than one. I have never done this so take my info here as a grain of salt, but i will soon give it a try.

the sep kit comes with 2 different chemicals so the second rinse is not identical to the first rinse

1st powder removes esters from hormones.
2nd powder makes estradiol soluble in h2o leaving test behind.

thanks guys, this stuff aint that hard but I just wanna make sure I got this right so I don't screw it up.
Right now I still have the pellets dissolving in the methanol, it's been about 36 hours. I'm going to put it in the pyrex pan today and mix it in with the powder from bottle #1. Hopefully I'll have it done by Monday or Tuesday and can get this cycle started. I finished my first batch of fina today. I was surprised at how easy it was, hopefully the Synovex will turn out as good as the fina.

When I drew off the clear solution and put it in the Pyrex pan there was probably 30cc of white solution left. Is this normal? Animal said to leave about 10cc as that is mostly glue/fillers. Does this sound right that there seemed to be alot left, the methanol should have had plenty of time to dissolve the pellets.

the first chemical treatment strips the esters from both estradiol and testosterone, the second chemical treatment turns estradiol into a salt making it water soluble while test is kept water insoluble, then water ran through the solution washing out the estradiol and leaving behind test in a coffee filter
