Looking for green tea supplement

I'm looking for a good green tea supplement. Most I've found online don't tell how many mg's polyphenols are in each capsule. I'm looking for 300 - 400mg.
Let me know if you've found any. Thanks!

Jen

this is funny, i just mentioned this product i am about to mention as a substitute for an ephed stack, and i am happy to do so. it's called thermaxin by enduragen nutritional sciences, wwww.thermaxin.com(sorry i don't know how to put this in here so you can just click to it. anyway it has 360 mg per capsule and it also has l-tryrosine. i have been using it for 2 months now and i am absolutely in love with it. it also provides a great boost of energy. hope this helps.

Met-Rx ThermiCore CRT contains 300mg of green tea extraxt standardized to 150mg of Polyphenols. In addition, it's an E/C stack w/ L-tyrosine, taurine, and a few other intersesting ingredients.

i just picked up GNC brand green tea extract, it says on the bottle 150 mg per capsule, with 80% polyphenols=120 mg. I take two a day. i heard that if you pump iron you should take it because of the antioxidants.

Went to a drugstore (pharmor) and picked up Green Tea Extract by Vitamin World, really cheap. I think it was like 5-8 bucks for 100 capsules. Each one has 315 mg.

P.S. Does this act as a diuretic?
