looking for feedback on free trainer advertising site

I recently created a web site, trainerlist.com, for personal trainers to post their profiles and make contacts with clients. I know there are a lot of similar sites out there. I'm hoping my site stands out because it's free for trainers, offers a lot of features, and has no distracting advertising.

I'm hoping to get feedback on two questions: (a) how the site could be improved? (b) do you have any ideas for the best non-spam ways to make trainers aware of this resource?
