Hello, here. As you can see - This is one of my first few posts. I've been lurking in the background for several weeks - trying to learn.
I do my workouts at home. I work out 6-7 days a week. I'm looking for some new cardio/weight training DVD's. I've been using The Firm tapes for a long time (with 15 to 25 pound free weights.) I need more variety, but haven't found anything else that I like.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm one of those people who needs a little guidance through my workouts - otherwise my intensity isn't a good. Hence the tapes. I also like the combo of cardio and lifting together.
