Looking for advice

I Have Some Questions
I HAVE GOOGLED THE HELL OUT OF THIS BUT I AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE REAL LIFE ADVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

FIRST MY INFO
JUST STARTED 14 days ago, current gain is 8 lbs
TEST PROP 30MG DAILY (ORAL) | ANAZTROZOLE 1MG | HCG ORAL
I AM SWITCHING TO Test C AT 1cc per 6 days at 2000/10ml tomorrow
I HAVE NOT DRANK ANY ALCOHOL IN 3 YEARS NEXT MONTH
I do smoke a little whack tobbac because of my sleep issues from my 4 accidents.
I smoke a pack of cigs a day but will be switching to vapor soon.
I AM 6FT 1
I lost a ton of weight in 2 weeks from a ton of family issues (20 lbs in 2 weeks due to Family sickness)

I WAS 160 DROPPED TO 139 BACK TO 147 AFTER 2 WEEKS OF T and I want to get to 185-190

I AM DOING THIS ALL LEGIT THROUGH A DR AND HE IS SAYING I STAY ON FORVER.

I am 27, I have been in many car accidents and I notched elavated T levels help better than pain meds after taking hcd steady for 6 months with amiradex and no test. GO FIGURE...
My levels went from 780 to somewhere in the low 900s on HCG a a year or 2 ago when i stayed on.
I decided to take the life long journey into the world of T but I am already noticing my sperm count is LOW.
I AM BASICALLY STARTING WITH NOTHING BUT GOOD LEGIT GEAR I CAN STAY ON..

MY CONCERNS
1. Drs just love money and I dont want to damage my body (He is cool but business is always business)
2. I do not want my organs or muscle tissue to outgrow my frame at such a rate where it causes health issues
(I am already having "Growing Pains"
3. HOW DO I BALANCE MY DIET?
4. WHAT ORDER SHOULD I TAKE THE TEST | HCG | ANAZTROZOLE IN?

this post s all over the place...

here is the HRT i would rec (adjust according to blood work over time ofcourse):

*100-200mg teste or testcyp every week injection (you can do it at home once used to it, doc prob push you to come in for it because of $, but after few weeks just start complaining and demand you want to do it at home)

*AI if needed, dex 0.12-0.25mg eod-e3d

*HCG, not needed, use if trying to have a child at time or if ball size shrinking bothers you at all, 250 iu 2x a week would help.



ps, what do you mean oral test prop? oral test use is just about useless... either injection or cream if you must.

pps; ther is "no order to take them in" just make sure they are taken. i normally take AI dose day of or day after my shot then again 3 days later ( i use low dose letro though) it could be day before, day after... dosnt matter much IMO. just still to the pattern and not start missing doses f this and that.
