I am interested in a machine that basically approximates the Push Press.
One option is a Viking Press, which I am looking into.
Another is the Hammer Strength Jammer. I emailed Hammer Strength, and they told me it would cost me $1500 for the Jammer. Nice piece, but I cannot see myself spendng that much on one item like that.
Do any of you guys know of a machine that is an Overhead Press, but is done while standing? The standing part is incredibly important.
Ideally, it will not have unilateral movement.
Also, ideally, the movement plane will be in an arc, but essentially vertical.
Whatever machine I get will need to be plate-loaded, and I will have to modify it further by lengthening the sleeves.
I like the leverage machine format, like Powertec uses, but I don't think they have a standing version of a Press.
