Looking for a diet…

I spent the last 3 days reading different post about diet (Spatt’s cutting diet – JJ w/ the Metabolic Diet, etc…) and not sure what to do now! I don’t know which way to go.

I put on some muscles in the last 6 months and did loose fat. I think it’s great… but the fact remains that my muscles are still hidden under fat! Lol!

So I’m looking for some personal experiences, recommendations, links, or anything to help me loose my freakin’ fat!!!!! I’m looking for a dummy diet that tells you WHAT to eat and for HOW long. Not that I’m stupid, but… ;-) and if you have supplements recommendations to add that could help, throw it in!

My diet now is composed of 3 meals a day with some snacks in between (I eat about every 3 hours). I don’t count the calories but I limit my carbs at night and “bad” fat. I take: multivitamins, Vit C and some EFA (Omega 3-6-9)

Any comments are welcomed!
 
bodyweight x 11 on a split of 40P/30F/30C

Example

150 pounds x 11 = 1650 cals

Protein = 1650 x 40% = 165 grams protein
Carbs - 1650 x 30% = 125 grams carbs
Fat - 1650 x 30% = 55 grams of fat


MODERATE cardio for 30 minutes 3x per week AFTER weghts

Drink LOTS of water

Add ALA with carb meals

Add in a fat burner if you desire


DO a one bodypart per day training Monday-Friday basis

9 or so sets per bodypart
 
Ok... what is ALA? (okay... I did a search and I know what it is... but I still don't know how much and when.... will appreciate any help on this!)

What fat burner do you recommend?

As for weight training, I have a 4 days/week program. I train each body part twice (one heavy - 9 to 12 series / one very light - 6 series MAX just to say I "touch" the muscles).
