Longest amount of days off before losing strength?

In what? Size, strength or conditioning?

I really don't know, I never injured myself, so I never stay away from the weight room for a long time. Only on vacation... like 30 days straight.

In 30 days vacation I didn't lose size or muscle development, I lost a little bit of strength but 2 weeks were enough to hit my old numbers again. The worst for me I think is conditioning... 30 days away from the pool and my swimming went down, it took me almost a month to get back on track.

I wouldn't worry about it. I've written of injuring myself and having to stop lifting for 16 weeks (10+ laying on my floor and 16 weeks of rehab).

I came back at started at 60% and was at 90% in 3-4 weeks.

i can tell you that once you take 2-3 weeks off you rapidly will start losing conditioning BUT you will get it back fast too. body memory is real

sometimes shit happens in life so you have to take time away. that is OKAY. pro athletes have offseasons for a reason, your body needs a break
