I'm have a Cross Country competition on April 19th, and I'm wondering what I could do to increase my speed? We run about 3-5K for the competition. Other than running, how else can I improve myself in this?
What should I be doing just before the competition? Like, 2-3 days before the 19th? Should I be doing anything different? Anything I can do that would help?
