I am starting a new log as I think I am entering a new stage and want to keep this portion seperate from my original results. So much has changed. My old log can be found here -> http://boards.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=222075

My weight loss has slowed to a crawl.

I have been dieting for about 4 months solid now. I want to start bulking July 1st but I know I am around 20 to 25% Body Fat.

If my math is correct, I should be right around 15% if I lose another 20 pounds. That is what I really need to do... I am tired of dieting and I am ready to start growing again!!!!!!!

I am currently at 1900 cals per day with 40p/25c/35f split. I track on Fitday, so I am more of less in control of my intake. I am currently taking VPX Clenbutrx. I lift 5 days a week (M-F) using needsize's 5x5 plan. I dropped cardio as I think I was dipping too far into my daily cals.

Suggestions?

congrats

Lodid:
I do not have a suggestions, but would like to congratulate you on your accomplishments. I am starting the program now and your "old" log will help me a lot. I have been trying to put things together in order to meet the fat intake requirements (Man they are high) I do not have it down yet but soon I will. I have gained about 20punds of fat since January due to quitting smoking. Now, I have been working out and just started cardio in the morning.

Congrats, again. :D

Quitting smoking sucks, I remember it well.

Ranch Dressing helped me quite a bit with the fat intake. You can put it on almost anything and its great! Lot's of fat.

I would save the cardio for later. CKD's are kinda rough with morning energy, I'd wait until you adjust to the diet, then hit it.

High School Reunion weekend. Going to try and keep the booze to a minimum.

how long

did it take for you to start loosing? I have been on a few days and I do not even feel anything? Just full from eating so much (bacon, sausage, eggs, cheese, etc).

I will stop the cardio and give it 3 more weeks. If I do not see a change, I will stop it and maybe try low carbs, low fat high protein instead...

My weekend was blasted... Drank both Friday and Saturday night at my HS reunion. Ate like sh*t the whole time.

At the very least, I now drink Gin and Soda water.

Update - That's it. I have decided to start the CKD again. I had such great results the last time. I have basically 1 month to lose 20 pounds.

Yes, 1900 cals on the balanced diet.

200 x 12 = 2400 - 500 = 1900

200 is what I expect my LBM should be at for roughly 15% body fat.

However, I started a CKD today. My cals now range from 2280 to 2400 using Mr. X Spreadsheet at 200 pounds.
