Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Special Victims Unit have arrested and charged a local G.T.A. Disc Jockey with numerous sexual offences. An investigation was initiated after three victims filed complaints about the suspect.
Jason RICHARDS (a.k.a Jay NYCE) is charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Assault, 3 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault, 3 counts of Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm and 3 counts of Breach of Probation. RICHARDS advertises his music on a website at www.myspace.com/threetenmusic .
RICHARDS was held for a bail hearing and was scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on July 17, 2007.
