I am curious do guys think that I should be taking 10-15g of creatine and/or glutamine during my big carb-up meal? I am just wondering. I know that with a CKD its highly recommended to load with creatine (around 20g+ I am assuming) but I was wondering about glutamine.
What is your guys opinion on this? I have a carbup 2x a week so thats a lot!
