How much does taking milk thistle and liv 52 during an oral actually help?

How deep is deep? They work well enough to justify using them. Delving any deeper is a waste of mental energy imo. If you don't think thats enough try Tyler's Liver Detox. Frankly, I don't take orals at all and still use Liv52.

They are great for liver health whether ON or OFF cycle.

They help for sure. My liver enzymes are slightly elevated right now because i didnt use last cycle and i used an oral. I will prove that they work by getting another blood test in about a month and i know theyll be back to normal values...... Hopefully. haha

NAC is excellent for liver health. Much better than milk thistle.

My question for liv 52 is how many per day should be taken? I bought some fronm rx and was going to use as directed. However, the directions are in another language.
