Liquidex dosage on Ostarine

Hi folks,

First post, looking for some advice please. I've been on Ostarine 12.5mg/day last 4 weeks but am noticing some slight tingling and puffiness in both nipples. No blood work available .

I have a bottle of liquidex AI in the fridge. What dosage should I use just to offset E2 concern? I've never used Liquidex before.

With Ostarine, you won't need a high dose of Liquidex AI. A dose of 1ml twice per day is what I would recommend. That should work perfectly for you to control estrogen without completely crushing it

Liquidex is a very powerful AI. I used 1ml twice daily on my last lgd & ostra cycle and kept my estrogen fairly under control.

Liquidex you can add 0.25mgs EOD, with liquidex AI you can add 1 ml/day.

typical dosing is 1ml 2x ED.......id just use 1 dose like the other guys are saying.
