liquidex by itself messed me up even more!!!

I have always had trouble with soft fat and trying to get rid of it. Ive tried numerous dnp cycles as well as ckd and keto diets. Recently I began using Liquidex by itself at .5 mg eod along with proer diet and cardio. Well what i noticed was that my water retention problem and fat storage problems seemed to get worse. I also noticed that I got a little bigger but not the good kind...more like bloated. I also have to mention that Im not taking any AS and never have..just the liquidex by itself since I thought it would help me cut from these problem areas (lower abs, chest). Im confused since they say that liquidex is supposed to help the situation and not make it worse. Do any of you guys have an idea as to what may have happened...and if this wont help my soft fat problem what might. Im open to suggestions fellas and i hope I explained my problem correctly

Like one person said already, it's mainly about diet and cardio. People also respond differently to l-dex. Ab fat and lower back fat unfortunately is the last place to go and it can take weeks or months. Trust me, cause I am going thru it myself but with a little patience and perservernce, you'll start to notice it going down.

numerous dnp cycles as well as ckd and keto diets. And you're still fat??

Maybe its time you start working out, maybe a little cardio?

I work out quite intensely 5 days a week along with morning cardio for 30 minutes on an empty stomach...I also eat properly (high protein, relatively low fat and carbs) What I was confused about though, was the fact that liquidex seemed to make thngs worse for me...I thought it would help with the fat and water estrogen induced pockets but it just made them worse. I was hoping someone could give me an explanation on why liquidex works to eliminate estrogen problems (bloating, gyno worsening) and it did the opposite for me...is it something with my hormones or is there something else I should take??And I was also wondering as to what else I may need to work on since Ive tried most methods for fat loss as stated before and I still have not been able to rip up...any suggestions bros?

diet.

this maybe a stupid question but how exactly were you taking the ldex and how much were you taking? the sad thing is your body gets used to the same diet/calories pretty fast, you have to learn to keep your matabolism stimulated through food manipulation....If your progress on your diet comes to a halt then this is probably whats wrong...most of all naturally everyone can only get as lean as their genetics allow them to...you may have reached that point, so I say hit a cycle...

oh 1 more thing 30 minutes of cardio aint shit...double or tripple that and youll drop some fat just be carefull cause you can loose mucle too..

You use .25mg of liquidex a day and it's suppose to make you lose tons of fat?

Bloated? Check your sodium intake.

What's your macronutrient breakdown? If you can't answer that then you don't know shit about dieting.

Liquidex

Its seems a lot of these fools are not answering your question. I am sure you understand the point of dieting. I just can't believe to clearly state your program and problem and they are telling you to diet and do cardio, probably naturally skinny people. I am not sure about liquidex but I know like the yohimburn another supposably antiestrogen make you hold water for a while but after you are off you will lose the water retention. I have had the same issue with stubborn fat I thought it was estrogen but tried proviron, a couple other thing and yohimburn with no results and I came up with the other thing it could be is too much prolactin in your blood, its like the opposite or something some kind of hormone imbalence, I have bromocriptine I just haven't taken it because I have been sick so we'll see good luck don't get frustrated with the weird responses

Liquidex is very dangerous to take on its own due to lipid profile destruction. This has been speculation since day 1, but, I've known a few people now that have proven this to me.

Furthermore, liquidex is a drug, you can have side effects from this drug. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the side effects is "edema". Your 'allergic' reaction to liquidex could overpower it's anti-estrogen bloat reduction qualities.

taking liquidex without androgens can lead to very low estro levels.. which can mean insulin insensitivity.. which can decrease lipolysis.. even lead to lipogenesis.

however.. water retention may be an issue with low estro.. increase pottassium and water intake..

another note.. before taking liquidex without AS you should get a blood test (endoscreen from AF is pretty cheap.. but you can also get a local doctor to do the test)..

here is the quandry.. while you may have estrogenic fat.. you may at this time.. no longer.. have high estrogen.. also some people just have high A2 levels..

yohimburn, NYC, or even just yohimbine are better choices unless you know your blood levels of E1,E2,E3... or are taking test.

how old and how fat (est %) are you?
older and heavier individuals tend to have high aromatase levels that would be more likely to necessitate use of DEX..

you may be using too much...

I am 21 years old and am about 18 to 20 percent bf(rough estimate)

Diet and do cardio - by itself without any drugs works.
I have been a fat ass all of my life, as a newborn, I was bigger then my 18 month older brother.

In the past few years, I have finally gotten down to a decent weight relying on diet and cardio.

About a month ago I was measured at 10.2% BF down from about 18% at the start of summer.

I ate clean and ran my ass off, 5-6 miles 3-4 times a week using a heart rate monitor to keep my pace up.

Don't knock diet and cardio, and don't expect some drug to do wonders for you. They may help slightly, but without the commitment (and if you are a life long fatty, expect to make a life long lifestyle change).

Also, you will stall out on your weight loss. Don't get too upset.

BTW: I am 33 years old and 186 lbs @ about 9% bf. I run close to 20 miles a week and lift 3 time a week and eat clean and that is just to maintain my current weight. That is how bad my fat gain ability is.

Good to see at least Twitch and macro have a clue.

First of all, recommending cardio for this guy is like recommending prayer. It has nothing to do with his problem and it doesn't work anyway.

It all stems back to this absurd notion that any amount of estrogen is horrible and we need to elliminate it entirely. Too many people have been listening to the nit-wits at test.net and other assorted internet drug guru idiots. Prior to 1980 nobody used anti-e' and almost no one developed gyno. What does that tell you?

There can be several reasons for your problem MC. A backlash of estrogen is one. A temporary imbalance of hormones leading to water retention is another. And as macro mentioned, too low of an estrogen level leading to a host of problems.

If you want to lower EXCESS estrogen naturally, go with Calcium D Glucarate.

this calcium D glucarate seems interesting...anyone else have any info on it or past experience using it to lower estro levels naturally?

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND LET ME KNOW HOW TAKING CALCIUM GLUCARATE CAN HELP LOWER ESTROGEN NATURALLY??I MEAN, I READ IN OTHER POSTS THAT IT HELPS DETOXIFY THE LIVER. I WAS WONDERING HOW THIS AIDS IN LOWERING ESTROGEN NATURALLY....???

bump to find out just how this calcium glucarate can help lower estrogen levels naturally. Karma to anyone who lets me know more about how it works to lower estrogen levels naturally.

First of all your karma is worthless so don't even bother.

Second of all if you're taking ldex you're already suppressing most of your natural estrogen, even at .5 mg EOday.

If you really still think it's estrogen try upping the dosage or taking Letrozole, which is a far stronger aromatase inhibitor.

Anyways for spot reduction a topical yohimbine HCL product can help.

One thing that worked for me (unexpectedly) was drinking 2-4 cups of good coffee a day. Leaned me out somethin' fierce.

Have you tried ECA stack? That's another old standby that people have gotten great results on.

Don't know if I am buying the calcium glucarate thing.

Finally, you may be overtraining. 5 days a week of intense exercise is a lot. You should be hitting you rlarge body parts no more than once a week and your small ones no more than twice a week, if you are working them hard. As they say, less is more.
