Liquid Letrozole question

Hey in my cycle I'm going to take Liquid Letrozole eod with d-bol, ethanate, and eq. I have Nolvadex on hand too. My question is the Liquid Letrozole was sent to the wrong address so can I start the Liquid Letrozole the begining of the 3rd week or should I postpone my cycle for a few more weeks. I have nolvadex on hand and my dosages are: dbol(30 mg ed) for the first 4 weeks, ethanate(500mg weekly) and eq(400mg weekly) for 10 weeks. Just wondering since I'd like to start next week. Thanks.
