I am looking to start a cycle of liquid clen. I wana make sure i get the best results and have no rebound affects. I have tried many different weight loss pills etc but have had no real results. I am female about 5'6 and weigh about 145lbs. I train at least 3 times a week and have a pretty decent diet. I just want to tone up and lose a bit of extra fat. How much should i take for how long and do i need to take anything else with it?
I have done reserch just want some more opinions.
Clenbuterol is not a replacement for sound dieting and training, consider trying some alternative stimulants like albuterol before going with clen.
