Liquid Clen Need Advice!

I am looking to start a cycle of liquid clen. I wana make sure i get the best results and have no rebound affects. I have tried many different weight loss pills etc but have had no real results. I am female about 5'6 and weigh about 145lbs. I train at least 3 times a week and have a pretty decent diet. I just want to tone up and lose a bit of extra fat. How much should i take for how long and do i need to take anything else with it?
I have done reserch just want some more opinions.
 
Clen is dangerous. Unless you're stepping on stage, I would advise against using it just to 'tone up'

There are so many better options than that poison.

Ur diet must suck add if uv tried every weight loss pill
 
I want to lose 5% of my body fat. My cousin is gettin me the clen cause thats what he uses. but he is a bit stupid when it comes to dosage and hes on numerous things at once. I dont want to waste my money by not doing my cycle right.

Il Admit i dont have the perfect clean eating diet. But most diet pills aim to decrease your appitite. This is not where i have a problem i dont eat in excess. i work night shifts and often have my eating sleeping and work out routine messd up because my hours change. I train really hard and have been seeing results as late i just want something to help speed up the process and help burn of some excess fat.
 
i would stay away from clen bro... is very dangerous and the negatives far outweight the positives... i would go with albuterol... you really need to work on your diet and i would post it in the diet forum... albuterol and gw would be a great stack to help with weight loss...

You sound similar to how i was years ago when I first started...

A buddy of mine introduced me to clen, told me how to take it...I listened bc I didn't know any better... found this site AFTER running clen twice, turns out he taught me COMPLETELY wrong...and clen is WAY too dangerous even for people who know exactly what they're doing. You can suffer long-term effects including hardening of your heart muscle among other things...plus the feeling while on it sucks ass. I shake to the point I can't even write my name, I'll be standing there in the gym and my lower extremities are shaking so bad I have to sit down, I mean it just isn't worth it, take it from us, the people who have been there. There are PLENTY of better options.
 
clen is awful... my rat got heartburn from it daily.

these guys and gals above me are right

1. fix your diet first before anything
2. try a GW + albuterol stack
3. might even want to throwin S4 too.

chemical need and uniquemicals have all you need... but need to fix your diet first before anything

If youre gonna do clen,
1.drink tons of water
2. Take in 3 grams of taurine or so as clen depletes ur taurine levels
3. cycle on and off 10 days on 10 off...or 2.weeks on 2 weeks off..
4. first dose should be reeeeeeeealy low like 20 mcg
see how u react and GRADUALLG INCREASE... As ur cycle comes to an end, slowly start lowering dosage few days prior.

5. oh and I say dont do clen...just not worth it. The shakes are horrible, the.mood u feel is such a.bitch, ur heartrate is up high, ur body temp will slightly go up, if ur working out, without proper hydration u will get the worst cramps of all time..... Just not worth it.... unless ofcourse ur competing or.something....try something like albuterol as ive heard its less harsh on the sides compared to clen.

But if u do chooose to do clen...water and taurine.
