Any of you guys take in a lot of liquid calories?
I started this only lately, but I put a bunch of stuff in the blender and drink it throughout the day.
This is what I have:
Few scoops of unflavored whey, penut butter, oatmeal (friend gave idea), banana or other fruits
All mixed in milk. You can add herseys syrup or some caramel thing if you aren't worried about carbs.
This is by far the easiest way for me to down calories, and I can get in 6k cals a day like this and a lot of them will be "good calories." By "good calories" I mean healthy fats from things like penut butter, good carbs from oatmeal (btw you won't even taste it in the shake), and ofcourse the whey ...
In the morning, i'll just have my "protein coffee" ... then make a "weight gainer" ... anyway you get the point.
I'm sure whole foods are much better, but getting in 5000+ calories of whole foods is near impossible for me without wanting to puke.
