Lipo 6

Has anyone out there tried Lipo 6? I have been on it for 3 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. I have been watching what i'm eating and working out every day as well. ( 30 mins on eliptical trainer and 10 mins of weights) I am wondering if anyone else had good results from this or if anyone knows of something better.

I take it you are new to working out based on the very short time you are lifting weights?

I agree - LipoFlame and even LipoStim from www.agxsports.com if very effective.

Congrats on your weight loss with Lipo6 though!

A few thoughts on your workouts - take a day off from cardio, your body needs time to rest. If you overload it your system shuts down and you will hault your set point over time (the amount of fat your body naturally burns). Why only 10 minutes with weights?

Lipo 6 is a pretty big brand if i recall. Gray bottle, big multi page ads in the health magazines. I'm pretty sure i've seen this stuff. The market is so flooded with fat burners its hard to keep track.

Congrats on your success! Listen to these women on the weight training. If you are doing this well on your current regiment, you would really incinerate fat on a weight training plan.
 
Thank to everyone that responded. I am currently only doing 10 mins of weight lifting because i am finding that to be harder to get back into. This is my first month, and next month i'm going to bump up my game a little. I am going to go up to 40 mins on the elliptical trainer, and 20 mins of weights, ( with a day off) hopefully that will help, any advice would be great
 
the only thing you need if you like that jittery extra 'crankd' out feeling of 6 is to simply add one cap of Yohimbe HCL :) to Stim or Flame

Flame and Stim have advanced fat burning "platforms" which allow them to work and not be jittery, BUT if you want more a extra feeling just simply add 1 Yohibme Hcl cap:

I used to take Yohimbe HCL before i switched to lipoflame/stim. That stuff does give you a crankd out feeling. I remember once running out of lipoflame and taking some of that HCL i had left over. I thought i was going to loose my shit at the gym. I mean i was really feeling crazy and paranoid. Omega's products have spoiled me.
 
I'm taking lipoflame , Lipostim for fat burning and Amplify02 before training for endurance and I get a really good charge.
