i had a simple question to ask but one that ive been curious about for some time....Do you all know if the act of lifting weights raise or lower testosterone levels? How does lifting by itself affect your hormones???

Lifing weight DOES raise your testerone and GH levels. Overtraining lowers them.

Do squats and deadlifts and watch your hormones fly up north!

Your testosterone increases from heavy weight training sessions can be huge! Infact its been shown in many medical studies that after a heavy leg training session - testosterone and growth hormones actually doubled.

Doubling your testosterone quite a significant amount. And these hormone surges last for far longer than outside the gym, infact most of the androgens really start pumping 45mins/3hours after your workout. With obviously an even larger GH surge when you enter deep sleep. And to be perfectly honest - NO supplement can increase your androgens and GH more than heavy weight training.
