nobody told them that they can't follow a pro bodybuilders diet and look like that. they think eating 4000 calories a day is going to shred them lol.. they don't get it yet i guess
for me to keep my 28" waist and be lean I gotta eat in a deficit everyday. if i started eating 4000 calories a day i would blow up so fast.

All depends on the person. LGD will help with size and strength, S4 will help with strength and muscle hardness. Too much of your results will be due to your diet and training though so it is hard to get much more specific.
