LGD-4033 dosing

Have read alot of conflicting recommendations of lgd 4033 dosing, ranging from 3mg /day to 22mg /day, anybody with personal experience with this SARM, share your experience, iv been running it on my rats at 15mg a day for 2 weeks with no sides, great gains, however if there is a lower max effective dose, i don't want excess to go to waste on my rats

Drop it to 10 and see if gains continue. If not up it back to 15.

10 is the optimal dose of it is made correctly and my underdosed.

i got it off sarmsearch so i believe it is quality, i'll try 10 and report back

been running it at 15mg a day, on my 5th week now, i'm tipping the scale at 225, never been above 215 before. all my lifts are up, my energy is low though. so far iv gained 27 pounds, kinduv crazy actually, i'm really impressed

Yeah I ran it at 10 for 8 weeks you will need to run a pct after and I would consider a low dose ai well on good luck

10mg/day is a good dosage for males
5mg/day is a good dosage for females

If you are running legitimate LGD, there is no reason to go past those dosages.
