Holy shit, how old is Thor? Not bad at all...but hey, guyz, do you remeber this russian teens website somebody posted a few weeks ago, half of those 16-17old kids look bigger and in better condition...kinda makes me wonder if we are doing it right.

yeah i'm very content with being around 180 and 6-7 bf% all year round..plus some girls are clueles..they actually think i'm huge and cut..lol if they only knew how you monsters on here are built..they'd think i was ethiopian

i can't wait till the summer is over, ill post some pics of myself then, when i started the gym 3 monthes ago i figured id become cut, haha yeah i changed my mind, ive decided im going nothing but strength right now and well its working out great!! my goal is to hit 250 on the bench, and well at 16 y/o thats a very hard thing to do... once i hit 250, im getting cut for next summer!! :D
Only about 70 pounds to go... *sigh*

a longs ways to go...

Used BFL to get rid of excess fat. Now I am trying to add MASS, MASS, MASS!

Stats: 6', 195, about 13-15% BF
 
I dont know if anybody can see this......very fuzzy and dark. I tried to sort it out. I'll try to get some better ones!!

If you cant see it you arent missing anything but a fat ass powerlifter.

I'm working on some newer (lighter!!!!) pics as we speak.
I'm not as ripped as some of the bodybuilders here but that just isnt a major goal for me. I am losing fat slowly as I gain lean mass though.

The pics are still a little fuzzy but its the best I can do for now.

This is my 2 pack.....at 6'1, 213lb (and trying hard to stay under 220!!).

I can identify with you since I am 6'1" 200. Looks pretty good to me, good back work. I wish I could carry 220, but being in the Army my weight limit is 200. (see my post above).

Thanks ttlpkg. Presumably you mean your weight is limited due to al of the extra physical stuff you do as part of your job? Even so, a lean 200lb can look big even at your height. My ex-training partner was 198 at 6'.....he was a national level powerlifter. He had 18 inch guns and a seriously thick back.....I wish I had a pic its hard to imagine.

Funny thing about my back is I didnt have a clue what it looked like until a week ago. My ex-tp saw it after not seeing me for 6 months and commented on how I was thickening up well. I had to get a pic because I thought he was joking around hehehe. I'm a little suprised about how it is.......but I am not complaining.

supergirl, there's no cellulite on my ass.....my ass might not be steroid tight like yours, but, im also alot older then you and have given birth to 3 kids.......when you're age, then insult my ass...

It is harder for us tall guys to put on mass, especially with a small frame and narrow shoulders like mine.

How tall are you?

I'm 6'1 too.....at 213 in the pics above.

I spent what felt like years trying to gain mass through bodybuilding. Now that I'm powerlifting its tough keeping it off.

Aww hell man, my bad, i didnt mean to come off sounding dick..i didnt take it as a flame :) I was just explaining why I personally dont like gaining much mass..at 5'11 190 would be my peak with low bf (currently i'm at 7%)

its all good brotha :)
