1 tbsp peanutbutter
hand full ice cubes
mix in a blender
pour in a big cup
then take 2 grahm crackers break them up in chunks stick them in your drink
drink half then stick in 2 more grahm crackers and 2 nature valley brown sugar granola bars mix up and drink the rest
that comes out to be 1005 cals, 66g protein, 140 carbs, 26 fat
the other looks exactly the same but instead of the rtd
use 50g of your favorite chocolate protein or use vanilla and add cocoa same cal and everything
