Hey bros I just want to share with you my diet while bulking, I hope some of you post yours to exchange ideas:


8:00am breakfast
oats with skimmed milk
1 banana
350ml of cooked egg whites
black coffee


10:00 am
1 tuna steak
150g brown rice
large plate of salad


1:00 pm
Chicken breast
steam potatoes
1green apple


4:00 pm
medium portion of lean steak
100mg brown pasta
a cup of of nuts


8:00pm 200g
baked salmon
20og of red potatos
a plate of salad




I do not eat after 8pm to lose bodyfat, I'm taking n2slin with every meal and my results have been quite amazing.

The diet I go through in the video is:
Diet:
1. 500ml egg white
100g oatmeal
2 whole lemons

2. 200gr chicken breast or turkey breast
50g brown rice
100g spinach, lettuce or kale

3. 200gr chicken breast or turkey breast
50g brown rice
100g spinach, lettuce or kale

4. 1 can wild salmon
50g brown rice
225g mixed vegetable (corn, carrots, peas and green beans)

DURING WORKOUT: 30g BCAA

POST WORKOUT
2 scoops (60g) whey isolate
50g oatmeal

5. 200g beef liver
100g spinach

6. 1 can tuna
3 whole eggs
10g psyllium husk
greens powder
-I follow this diet every day. On the days where I am only doing cardio and abs, I remove all the oatmeal and brown rice from the diet.
 
I can't post mine because the only thing that is always in my diet, are the oatmeals that I mix with the Isolation each morning. Other than that, I eat according to circumstances.

My favorite diet right now is carb cycling, and this is one of the reasons I like it so much - it is very flexible, and you can easily adapt it to your needs.
