this is what I eat today well it's 21:26 now but im getting another meals in 1-2hours

5eggs
2slice of bread with slices of yellow cheese on it
12pm
2 sandwich (4 slices of bread) with a can of tuna
2pm
proteins shake
1 granolat bar
4pm
shit load of almonds with a pieces of cheese
6pm
Chicken
some patatoes
8pm(after training)
proteins shake
and before im gonna go to bed i guess some
peanut butter toast with like 500ml milk ..
tell me if thats ok and what i should change
