Show is May 7th so I have a little more time but it is getting closer

My show is in Des Moines IA. It is a natural show so it goes by height classes. I will most likely be in the short class. I'm only 5'8. What about you, you gotta show coming up?

Yes, indeed. I just did my first show on March 18 and 4 weeks out I was a nervous wreck trying to dial down my calories and cranking up the cardio. I don't know how tight your diet is but I was weak as a kitten and had to cut way back on the weight I was using. You sound really jazzed, though, and I'm sure you'll do great. (I went just wanting to "show" and wound up winning my class, so the pain was well worth it!)

I just want to say that I love competitive bb'ers, or fitness, or figure folk. Most people never know what it feels like to walk on stage and know you look your best. We are a different breed. I wish I could hug all you bastards. They couldn't possibly relate to what we go through and the sense of accomplishment. Stay up!
