"Is true tahat Leptin was able to stimulate GH secretion?" NO. In fact leptin is being explored as a possible treatment to REDUCE gh levels in people with GH secreting tumors. Obese people also have very high leptin levels and very low GH levels. However there is the possibility that leptin can return GH secretion to it's normal 'pulsatile' mode during times of starvation.
"And Nolvadex increasing Leptin level?" YES, at least in obese women. Please understand that elevating leptin levels in folks that already have high leptin levels (in other words they are leptin resistant) will do nothing more than make them even fatter. Increasing leptin levels is only beneficial if you have LOW leptin levels to begin with. In other words, there is no evidence that Nolvadex will be beneficial for fatloss unless you are already very lean, and even then it is only speculative that it will help.
