Lentils vs brown rice

I have nothing against lentils, but it's not a staple in my diet. Brown rice is nearly a daily thing for me though.

i used to eat them but they gave me the shits so i haven't touched them since

the legume family are typically very hard to digest so i simply stay away. if you can tolerate them then great
