u are taking this WAY off topic. i dont show off to anyone.. and i dont preform jsut singles, im not gonna post ever PR i hit. cuz i dont think its that important to you. also, if you read my posts correctly, i said i hit 315 with those shitty iron grip weights,
im workin on it for 3 with NORMAL weights. and i have a good deit, i eat enough carbs and protien and fats and get 8-10 hrs of sleep.. im in good shape.. AND i have gained 3 pounds since i started deadlifting. now i weigh 168, almost 169. and i hit 385 like garbage on deadlift. im goin for the 4 plates. cant wait till i hit 495. which shoule be before im 20. another goal i have is to hit 365 on benchpress by june. and i WILL do that. with the same routine im using now. now that my hip is 90% recovered, i will be back to my squatting, and gain even more weight..

I read your post, but I was offering free advice. Anything wrong with this? That is what this forum is all about.

yes i know, my question was, what is a good thing to cinvince them that this way is bad.. so, just tell them they wont get bigger?

If you think it is good and you know that a certain thing is wrong, do what you can to change it and take steps to prevent it. Yes, explain to them the benefits and outline the negatives of their training. Then implement the training you are about to embark on and why they should join you.

my best advice is to ask them to try it one week with you and see if they like the results. If they don't then there is nothing you can do. I expect if they really want to get strong they will try it at least once.

Based on your tone, you refuse to use other peoples advice. Dumb 18 year olds tend to think they know everything, especially when it comes to training. They are convinced that Arnolds routine will work for them, but that is not the case. Even if you have been working out for a couple of years. . . you are still a newbie in my book.
