Hey people I've been training for a few years now
Stats
23years old
176cm
85kg
Have developed a back lower back due to weight training and work
So I was going to stop doing squats due to my back ( technique is fine )
Anyway I was thinking a routine something like this
Leg extensions
Single leg press
Lunges
Also I want to add in riding the bikes at the gym but on a really hard level
I have been told this is also a perfect way of getting big legs
For example
2mins on easy level
1min on hard
Repeat for 10 mins
