Long story short:
Squats are my primary leg exercise. Question is- is there anything counter-productive about riding a bike up a steep, winding hill until my quads feel ready to pop? Between squat days I mean.
Seems like most of those pro-cyclists have pretty big legs and excellent cardio without having to run.. Is that burn just about lactic acid buildup in the muscles, or is there any decent growth coming from it?
note: currently on test/eq
