Heh... I always TRY to crap before I train... but sometimes... heh, it just "surprises me"

I was thinking of doing some Box Squats sometime in there, maye switching out fronts every now and then... you think that'd be a good idea? Or what?

I usually do deep squats (ass to ankles) and today I did about 5 sets of them and then decided to play around with some wide stance WSB style squats.

Well I went for what is my PR on deep squats, got it down to almost parallel and *riiiiiiiiip* :o

Blew the rear out of my boxers. Got the weight up fine though :)

Its ok though because my quads and hams are getting so big the legs were about to rip ;)
