Leg Night -- Pain showed up

My friend pain showed up tonight... I think suffering will be here shortly.

Front Squats -- warm up bar, 135x10

185x8,225x5,225x5,225x4

Zercher Squats -- warm up bar
135x8, 155x10, 185x5
----- this is the FIRST time I've done them. I'm pretty sure I was sharp on the form, I've practiced them all week at home in front of a mirror... how I'd hold the weights, go between the knees, lower and such. I got more on the 2nd set because I think I started the first one too soon after my front squats.

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
135x10,185x10,225x6... at this point, not only had I been FARTING throughout my entire workout, but I felt like throwing up.

I did 2 sets of 10 on the leg curls (which were ALOT harder than they sound)

and then finished up with 6 sets of calves.

All in all, it was a HELL-A-CIOUS workout ... I plan on going up on the Zerchers... oh, if you have never done them, make sure and have a sweatshirt handy... I tried with a t-shirt on and itwas pretty killer on my arms. :)

PS -- took massive shit once i got home... I doing those "pptt ptt" farts on the bottom of my last set of squats and some of my zerchers... I know, it is completely romantic...

Zercher Squats ?

yeah bro, i hit the old straight legs yesturday, I'm feelin that crap now let me tell ya. hard to sit on my bum bum lol
 
Zercher squats, if I'm speling that correctly...

Holding the bar in your elbow pits, squat down bringing your elbows inbetween your knees... keeping your back... well, my back wasn't arched, but fairly like it is during a squat...

Zercher squats will perfect your squat form, wide stance with a hard-arched back, also it will bomb your abs.
 
good thing nobody lit a match,;) Good to hear the zerchers worked out. I prefer not to do them due to some tendonitis inmy elbow. I hear they work well on back strength as well.

No shit. It was late though... I know a guy was benching about 10 feet from me, he had to hear it every time i went down. :)

Cool... Zerchers will bomb my abs? That's awesome! :)

I absolutely love the fart sets!
I'm glad the leg section of my gym is kind of hidden off in the back and not "TOO" many people go back there... so its kind of an all out fart zone..... It kind of sucks if you rip a loud one... cuz i wind up laughing out of control on my own set.. kind of fucks with your last couple of reps

Yeah, worst part about it is I had to stop in between Zerchers and Stiff legged because I felt a crap coming on... and I didnt want to be leaning over in the stiff legged pose and shoot out some poo... :) Man, good thing the chicks don't read this board. :)

I couldn't hear them, my music was blaring... :) But I could definatley FEEL them. LOL
