well first of all my regular gym had an electrical fire last night and has some reapirs goingo n today so i couldnt work out there. had to go to the backup gym, which expires next week ( family cancelled membership, it sux there ). they only have 1 smith machine and not even a power rack
. I had to wait 15 minutes just to use it.

My PR is 275 for 5x5 free squat - parallel, i now go a lil below, so when i hit 275 in 2 weeks ill be posting it...

Lunges ( these really hit my quads hard, surprising !!! ) in smith machine

no calves tonight, no machine there that i can use to do it the way i want, will hit them tomorow

sucked really stuffy and humid in there, couldnt really do what i wanted but had to, no need to skip a day and be lazy now
will make up for it next week, gonna go for 265 free, no excuses !!!
