Has anyone gotten leg cramps using SuperPump250?
If so, do you know what the cause is, dehydration, lack of sodium, lack of potassium?
I'm running along fine and then 50 minutes into the workout one calf knots up. I like the energy and I'll keep using it but man, the cramp is very, very painful.
