#1. Shoulder Width Squat - 30 sec
#2. Wide Stance Sumo Squat - 30 sec
Rest - 25 sec
#3 & #4. Hip Thrust (Left & Right Leg) - 30 sec for each leg
#5. Glute Bridge Hold - 30 sec
Rest - 25 sec
#6. Alternating Squat Lunges - 30 sec
#7. Wall Sit - 30 sec
Rest - 25 sec
#8. Animal Crawlers - 30 sec
#9. Lunge & Kick - 30 sec
Rest - 25 sec
#10. Arm & Leg Raise - 30 sec for both sides
#11. Jump Rope - 30 sec
Rest - 25 sec
#12. Jumping Squats - 30 sec
#13. Ice Skaters - 30 sec
#14. Jumping Jacks - 30 sec
