Having read this I think that the "Dream Team" had no point guards if guard play beat them to the whole every time. Lebron is generally a 2 guard

But yes with those 3 guys on your team , it's still hard for me to see them losing even with the 63% from the floor shooting by the greeks.

Yes also Kobe is way >>>>> than LeBron. Not even jordan put up over 80pts in a game. Shit Kobe did the mavs for over 60pts in 3 qtrs and sat out the 4th to show a lil mercy on a poor defense.

Also they don't play defense the way they used to. Many of those guys are great on offense, but slackers on defense. And I shouldn't have said great on offense because their shooting percentages pale in comparison to the old schoolers who could actually shoot the ball well consistently. Guys like D Wade get a shit load of points by getting touch fouled. The Champ series with Dallas was a travesty.

Guys like Larry Legend and Magic could go to the hoop, shoot jumpers for a high percentage, dish the ball well enough to make their teammates better, make 90% of their free throws, and busted ass on defense.

Who can do ALL those things even halfway decent, let alone exceptionally well anymore? Nobody. And that is why USA basketball is in such a tailspin; too many one-trick ponies out there.
