Lean up in winter

Nothing wrong with cutting in the winter. It's just that most people find it easier to cut in the spring/summer because it's warmer outside and they have more sunlight. The latter is something that can work against cutting in the winter because we tend to get more depressed in months with less sunlight and eat more fat/suger/carbs than we should.
