My thing is that I am not into gaining fat. Of course who is, right? I am very lean. Never tested body fat but I have very little. But if I increase calories to 4500 per day. It does not matter how clean I eat, I add body fat. And let me tell you, I eat VERY clean and have for years. I have tried 4000 pd also but 3000 per day seems to be my limit to stay lean. I have substituted protein supplements, changed the order in which the foods were taken in, insuring not even complex carbs late but I still get back to gains = some fat. I run 5 days and occasionally 6 days a week. Hit the gym 5 days NEVER 6 days a week.

Last year I did cyp and eq and kept nearly 5 pounds from it so I am looking to make another 5-10 pound jump if I can while staying lean. I am just trying to determine the best way to get there for me.

I understand more than some but of course not all what dietary discipline can do but man, I am just not getting there on my own. More dedication than I give to this effort is rare in the outside world. Maybe not here with all of the Guru’s and potential "wannabe" guru's but rare elsewhere.

I waited 10 years before my first cycle and while I have only been this disciplined for the last 4 I think that my only way outside of AS is to get fat. Not fat by many people’s standards but fat by my own. This is not an acceptable solution for me.

I am not saying that without AS I can not go on. I am merely saying I am now looking for a little help to stay motivated and maybe even be a little more motivated if that is possible.

I do respect the opinion on those who say "GET bigger before" but at the same time, I am the only one who can see it clearly from my perspective and I think that choosing the right gear is the next logical step in my progression.

I do value your opinion and thanks again for the input.
 
Are you talking water retention or fat .... Where are the fat deposits you speak of , everywhere or centraly located in the abdomin and back fat .... most steroids thrive in a high calorie enviroment so it's just the nature of the beast when on . If i was doing a bulking cycle i would be more intrested in putting anything i could find in my mouth just to make sure calories were sufficiant enough ... then worry about dumping fat post cycle to expose the new gains ...

Can can try gear which will thrive in a lower calorie enviroment but those will be close to double the price of test as it is cheap cheap cheap nowadays

Personaly i like a bit of water retention to aid my joints and such when i'm " on " due to the increase in strength and all ...

The fat comes from extra colories it seems. When I was on last year I wanted to eat everything in site. I kept it clean but when the calories when up. I started to hold a little fat on my lower back and a little on my abdoman. I did also have a water problem but any additional fat seemed to pronouce this water retention effect. I would like to stay lean while gaining. Is this possible? I have been told taking hgh in low dose (2IU) day while on will help this but maybe I am just going about this the wrong way. What do you think that I should be using?

If you 179 "very lean" NO need to use GH as a fat burner, use it w/ a gram of test a week, that will pack on some pounds!!!
 
Hgh may help .. it's worth a shot if you have a ligit source

Running T-3 during a cycle will kick your metabolism into overdrive , in fact T-3 is one of the most anabolic things you can take in low doses , so long as you keep the nutrients high and with the increase protien synthesis you can grow and lose fat !!!

You can eat a few thousand calories a day and still lose fat and build muscle on this drug ... " BUT " Treat it with respect !!!

Was not going to use as fat burner. Just want to suppliment HGH with single IU daily. I am in my 30's. I am about as fat free as you can get just not alot of size yet.

Of course treat it with respect but why do you mention this? Is there a danger with this and t3?

Are you really suggesting T-3 to a "very lean" person?????

You don't have to be a fat piece of shit to run T-3 ... fact is it helps with a steroid cycle ...

T-3 ups the core temp by increasing the BMR , when the body temp rises it will burn fat inorder to do so ... fact is the hardcore crowd uses a rectal thermometer to gage core tempature and adjust dosages as per tempature values ... that borders to closly on knocking out your own thyroid for me so i'll stick with the normal T-3 and clen stack i've used in the past .

I've run calories in excess of 7000 per day along side T-3 in a steroid cycle for 8 weeks and barly changed my BF % more then a few points ...

T-3 and clen are a terrific contest prep " if " you know what your doing !!


It's not for everyone .....
 
It's all in the diet. I can keep my abs during a bulking cycle. I have never used gh, t3, or even clen. I can manage it all with a clean diet and cardio.
 
Your diet plan might need review by a 3rd party, just to see what's going on. I would recommend Mr X if possible, he's the go-to guy for that. I hear ya with the gaining fat thing, it's a prime concern for me too and it sucks. Let us know if you come to any conclusions or make modifications, and how they ultimately work out.

I have. As long as I do not up it too much I am fine. I just cant seem to up it enough to get any serious gains.
