ironically it is the HIGH FATTY meats that are most healthy as long as you prep and cook correctly. we have been eating fatty meats for 2M years.
if you are one of those people who eat a fatty steak and cut off the fat and throw the bone away like a snowflake then you are missing out on a lot of nutrition. eat the fat too and throw that bone in a slow cooker and make yourself bone broth which is chalk full of collagen. too many pansies out there especially in the suburbs who parents raise them to be pussies and feed them fucking filet mignon. get the fattiest steak you see that is grassfed/organic, amazing nutrition ! and the cool thing is those are the cheapest cuts
