It would have been more realistic if the dude from India would have introduced himself as Robert, or Thomas, or Frank....or some other typically caucasian name. Everytime I have called Dell Tech Support, that's what happens. A Pakastani dude picks up the phone and says in a real thick accent, "Hello this is Billy, How may I help you please".......
